Farmhouse One Demolition, Cumbria
Inglenorth recently completed the demolition of a farmhouse in Cumbria, one of five we have recently demolished. This job involved the full removal of the property and safe preparation of the site for future use.
Scope of Works:
-
Strip Out: The property was fully stripped out before demolition. This included the removal of:
-
Loose furnishings
-
Internal doors
-
Carpets and vinyl flooring
-
Sanitaryware
-
Unlicensed asbestos, removed by trained staff in accordance with regulations
-
-
Demolition: Once the building was cleared, the full structure was safely demolished using appropriate machinery and methods.
-
Underground Works: The site team removed the existing sceptic tank, along with the concrete slab and foundations.
-
Site Clearance and Grading: All materials and demolition arisings were removed from site. The area was then graded to match the existing land levels and left clean and tidy.
This project is one of several recent demolitions carried out by Inglenorth in Cumbria, highlighting our ability to manage small-to-medium scale rural demolition safely, efficiently, and in line with environmental standards.
