Welcoming New Staff Members

Over the past few months, we have welcomed several new members to our team. In this blog, we’re excited to introduce you to the latest team members and shed light on the vital roles they play in our company’s operations.

Emily Mitchell – Admin Assistant 
Emily has re-joined our team, taking on the role of covering business administration tasks. Her organisational skills and attention to detail have been instrumental in keeping our administrative processes running smoothly. But that’s not all – Emily also extends her expertise to support Adam in the estimating department.

James Murray – Climbing the Demolition Ladder
James, another recent addition, started as a labourer. He began with a CSCS card, demonstrating his dedication to safety and competence on site. However, James didn’t stop there. Through hard work and determination, he achieved the CCDO (Certificate of Competence of Demolition Operative) qualification. This transition demonstrates his commitment to personal growth and his aspiration to continuously elevate his skills within the demolition industry.

Connor Fitzgerald, Liam Nightingale, Liam Rainford and Ryan Toal – Labourers
Next, we have Connor Fitzgerald, Liam Nightingale, Liam Rainford, and Ryan Toal – this team of labourers bring energy and a strong work ethic to our company. These individuals are crucial to supporting our operations, ensuring that our projects progress both smoothly and efficiently.

Celebrating Existing Staff Progression

Martin Mayren – SSSTS Refresher Completion
Martin recently completed his Site Supervisors’ Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) refresher course. Martin’s proactive approach to staying up-to-date with the latest safety protocols and supervisory techniques keeps us on our game and at the forefront of the industry. By ensuring his SSSTS certification remains current, Martin reinforces our commitment to maintaining a safe and secure work environment.

Josh Carrier – CCDO Refresher Completion
Josh has recently completed his CCDO refresher course. This achievement reflects his commitment to staying current with industry best practices and regulations, reinforcing the importance of staying informed in an ever-evolving industry.

Michael Dickinson – Progressing from Red to Blue with CPCS Card Upgrade
Michael upgraded his CPCS card from red to blue. Transitioning from a trained operator (red card) to a competent operator (blue card). Notably, Michael’s blue card now includes the endorsement for demolishing up to 15 meters, underlining his proficiency and versatility in demolition operations.

Michael Smith – From CSCS Labourer to CCDO Trained Operative
Michael started with a CSCS Labourer card and has become a CCDO-trained operative with a specialisation in both demolition and refurbishment. Michael’s journey from labourer to specialised operative highlights the importance of dedication, training, and our commitment to fostering professional growth.

It has been great to not only integrate so many new faces into the team, but to also see the growth from existing team members through gaining several different qualifications enhancing their own development while boosting the capabilities of our team as a whole.
